THE ROCK OIL K2 RALLY THE THIRD EDITION

THE BIG BIKE RALLY CHALLENGE 2012             

Dirtbike-action  are pleased to announce that after long negotiations with the forestry commission we have finally got the date for the third edition of the K2 rally the date is 9th/10thof June 2012.

 We have a new sponsor Rock oil the British based oil manufacturer  will take the title to the event THE ROCK OIL K2 RALLY, we aim to make some subtle changes to what has already become a firm favourite on the rally scene, with its unique 65 mile lap comprising of gravel roads and forest trails ideal for those big rally bikes , for the smaller enduro and trail bikes we have enduro loops to keep you occupied add this to the excellent green field start area on the edge of the tourist town of Bellingham  set in the Northumberland National park gives this rally the X factor!!

Entries for this event are now open with its new June date we expect the rally to fill quickly, as usual the rally forms part of the growing Big Bike Rally Challenge which through rider demand will run a separate championship for smaller capacity bikes, If you find time card enduro to hard but want something different to XC events this is the answer , got a big rally bike that hasn’t been used in anger well now is your chance , keep checking back on www.dirtbike-action.co.uk  discounted online entries untill 01/01/12 . In consideration for being permitted to participate in this event I declare:

1 That I have read the rules and regulations for the DBT the rules and regulations for the club/promoter of this event, the supplementary regulation and entry form (when applicable) and I agree to be bound by them in every respect.

2 That I am fit and not suffering from any physical or mental disability which would impair my safe participation in the meeting and I undertake to inform the organisers immediately should any change in my condition occur which I have reason to or ought to have reason to believe would affect my ability to continue to participate in this competition.

3 That I have completed a medical questionnaire form and that I will inform DBT and the promoter/organisers of this event, should my medical details changed.

4 That as a participant I may be exposed to the risk inherent in motor sport and that I am prepared to take such risks.

5 I further agree that I shall not seek to claim against DBT, the organisers nor their officials, the land owners, the promoter or other bodies individuals connected with the event in respect of any damage to my property howsoever caused, and whether by negligence or breach of statutory duty of the said bodies or persons.

6 I understand and agree that I am required to register my arrival by signing on at the event control office, not less that 30 mins prior to commencement of said competitor’s practice or first competition, whichever occurs first. 7 I Agree I will walk and inspect the track prior to the race, to satisfy myself with all aspects of safety before I ride
